The night was dark and dissolved  Submerging itself in a black sea.  Stars being eaten alive  the lucky ones letting go to flee.   
Like a signature thief  The dark steals the light.  Hiding it away from the world  Leaving behind the night.   
Though in the dark there are lil' specks  Mysterious little beams  These things give hope and peace.  We know them as dreams.

yay for political cartoons!!

ok so in art, we're making posters advertising the summer beijing olympics. but i'm refusing to and instead am drawing a political cartoon!

the reason?
because right now there is a genocide on black christians in the east by the black islams and arabs.

so how does this tie in with the olympics?
well the islamic government is supporting them. and the chinese are helping to fund the genocide.

so in my picture im drawing a track race with a chinese athlete, an arab athlete, a black arab, and a black christian, the chinese man will be handing off money, as the arab hands off guns, and the black arab shoots the christian.

and my art teacher doesn't pay enough attention so he hasn't seen it yet.

i'll get it up when i get it back!

[religions may be wrong but its one of the religions from the east that has to do with arabs and islam and and the killing of the black christians being funded by the chinese government.]

i know, i never get positions right! i'm glad i got a wooden pose-able model-hand for christmas. though it doesn't always help. i have so much trouble with lighting and angles too. i usually don't even try for perspective!

ya your right! i do that that too! i think wat bugs me the most is when i want to draw something, but i can't get it to come out! or i see a picture and how it would be perfect, but i can't get the right angle, or lighting or something! grr! haha

i practice a lot, but there's nothing wrong with how you draw. simple cartoons can be awesome too. plus anything i draw takes hours, sometimes i abandon one sketch and don't go back to it for a while, or ever. thus it takes days to create something worth looking at. =)
